The warm weather had been beating down on him all day, and the fact he was running from the entire Royal Navy didn't help his chances any. The pirate had been ducking and turning all day, and still the gits were on his tale.
He had allured them for near to an hour and he was able to stop and sample some of the finest rum in town. He was fortunate enough to loose them for a good hour until he saw the hats inside and convinced the wench he'd been swooning to let him out the back.
As the dashing pirate cut corners and ran through several markets he figured he could stop and take a breath for a few moments, leaning against the door. "Aw bugga." he exclaimed as he saw the Royal Navy coming from either side. The only escape he had was inside.
Quickly he dashed into the building and took a deep breath. He quirked a brow as he looked around the quizzical place and chuckled lightly. What time universe had he stepped into? Lit candles lined the halls and his mouth hung open for a few seconds as he surveyed the decorated room. "Well, well, well, a kings home is it?"
He smirked as he walked a bit deeper into the room and noticed a sign that said confessionals. Jack smirked and started towards the sign. "I have far too many things to confess." he chuckled as he stood outside the confessional booth alone figuring he'd wait there until the threat outside was gone.

It had been a month or so since The Bonnie Lass had sailed away from the clear blue waters of the island of Bermuda and it's 'mythical' triangle. Most of the men on board The Lass feared it and begged the first mate to tell the Captain. She did however of course not believing in this particular tale went along with it. She? Many pirates mostly men still couldn't believe that this Irish Pirate ship had a woman for a First Mate. Ella wasn't bothered by the gapping mouths and such towards her way anymore. This particular trip was taking them to a typical and yet enemial water of British Port Royal. Unlike many pirates this particular ship was always passed off as a merchant ship since no one was dressed like a pirate not even Ella since she had recently changed into Irish fashion before arriving.
Upon their arrival Ella and a few others going ashore heard gun shots and yelling. She gave the men a warning to be on their guard and not reveal, who they truly are. Ella walked towards a particular quieter area when she saw someone dressed oddly to not to be one of the locals seeing how scared and skittish he was she knew he was a pirate any other pirate could see that. Obviously here in the Caribbean they didn't see to understand the word 'disguise' maybe they were too drunk like most pirates to notice. This particular pirate had went into a church which she recognized by the cross on the steeple.
Ella walked into the church shutting the door behind her seeing the quietness of the church it was the English Church not a Catholic like she was raised in. It was different to see the view of another church and religion though. She walked down towards wherever the pirate went to so she was curious big deal. She never been to the Caribbean nor seen another pirate from this region as of now.
She walked into a confession room though she didn't have anything to confess that she was doing wrong in her life so she didn't as anything as then saw the pirate talking to himself. "As any pirate like yourself and I would imagine." she replied in her Irish accent since she was from Ireland and she was in standards that she didn't really act like a pirate unless it came to defensive words or a battle.

Jack had decided to venture a few feet from the confessional sign and began to gaze around at all the trinkets and treasures that this place held. He gazed at the exquisite stained glass with wonder as he did a thorough sweep of the place with his eyes. His hands roamed over an offering box and he peered around before dumping two of the shiny golden coins out of it.
"Fools are the King's men..." he muttered as he tucked the coins into his bag. He ran his dirty fingers over the trinkets and placed a few in his bag as well before he turned. He gazed down at the confessional sign and smirked. "I just stole." he smiled excitedly as he leaned against the wall bowing his head down.
The tired pirate was hoping for a bit of relaxation until he heard the sounds of feet on the flooring. Glancing up he saw a woman walking towards him. Her smart remark didn't pass over him and he smirked. "And what have ye to confess lass?" he questioned as he peered over her approvingly.
"I confess, I am lustful..." he thought glancing at the sign and then back at the pirate clad woman. "Please, go on ahead, don't mind me... I'm here for the watchin not the confessin, I do far too many things to start confessin 'em now." he chuckled to himself before cracking a light smile and bent his head low once more.
